Recital Room Rental

Minimum: $190 per 2 hours, $95 per hour after 2 hours

A deposit for 50% of the complete fee for the event is required to reserve the space. 
Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund of the deposit, the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before the event. 
 
Your rental includes the following: 

• Recital Room with a beautiful K. Kawai grand piano.
• 50 chairs for the audience.
  Note: There is a separate Lounge Area for reception after the recital (Min: $53 extra, per 2 hours)

Practice Room Rental

Minimum: $48/Hour   
Payment of 100% of the complete fee for the practice session is required to reserve the space.  
 Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, the cancellation must occur at least 36 hours before the practice session. 

Your rental includes the following: 

• Practice Room with a beautiful baby grand piano or a set of grand pianos (piano duets).
